This method is the best way to limit the coupon for a single user or a limit of uses for a user in total.

Alternatively, you might prefer to enter a number in the “Usage limit per coupon” field from your Coupon Page. This will place a limit on the number of times the coupon can be used in your total number of users.

You can even enter several values in both fields. Let’s you type 1000 in the “Usage limit per coupon” field, and you enter the value of 1 on the “Usage limit perusers fields. This value ensures that your 1000 customers can use this coupon, and they can use this coupon for a single time.

With the premium feature of this plugin, this plugin allows you to reset the code for works again after some time, like one month or year.

Method 2: Creating a Personalized Coupon

This method provides the opportunity to customize your coupon, so it’s only available to certain customers.

It would help if you still were on the “Add new coupon” page. You need to click on the Usage restriction tab in the Coupon data section. Now you need to scroll down to the allow emails fields.

Here, you can enter multiple email addresses or a single email address; you can use commas when adding multiple email addresses. Then that customer can use the plugin whose email address you’ve entered in this field.

Also, you can match multiple emails addresses by using the asterisk as a wildcard. For example, if you enter ———–@google.com, then anyone can use the coupon code who’s using this email address.

However, these users can use this coupon multiple times from their checkout page. If you need your customer to use this coupon for one time, you can combine method 1.

You first need to enter the value 1 in the “usage limit per user” field, which we cover in this tutorial. After this, you need to enter the email address of allowed users as covered in method two.

Now only the user you listed with their email can use this coupon code.
